Freeware, For Personal and Business,
Phone, Address, & Information Management.

Today is your lucky day!!!

"inqVista" is easy to use freeware that will help you track names, addresses and other personal or business information that relates to clients, friends and relatives. "inqVista" includes the capability to save images and pictures and relate them to records you save. "inqVista" is also used by collectors and others for asset and collection management of antiques, coins, currency, inventory, parts, pictures and images, stamps, and many other items only limited by your imagination.

"inqVista" has many features, but its most attractive is that it is easy to setup, easy to change, and easy to use. These features are important because your data management requirements may change from time to time and you should not have to start over, as you may have to with other databases. Nor should you have to install and learn new software.

Also, many individuals have a need for more than one database. Using inqVista means that you can keep track of business or personal information with the same software. With inqVista after a few mouse clicks, you have made changes to your database and you are ready to go. Or you can setup and start another database independant of any others that you have established.

Presented below is inqVista's default Data Entry Form, ready for you to modify.

As you can see near the top of the Entry Screen, the user has named this database MY_PHONE_BOOK.

You can name yours Clients, Inventory, Employees, Coin Collection, Home Inventory, Student's Grades, or anything else you choose.

Each record has a note field attached, ready for data entry. Add notes to any record as needed then press [F2] or click on [Save Entry].

To open a record, simply click on the [Find/Edit] button or press the [F2] key, then pick the record from the menu.
